Got a new lappy today. Happy but frustrated. Because they promised to provide me with a MacBook Pro for the portal I developed last year. It's ok. Not my "rezeki". Inshaa Allah! Allah SWT's reward is bigger than this.

In Tears Again

Am in tears again today. One of my instructors is leaving for another offer. He went to meet me for his last day of duty at office.

"Madam, terima kasih untuk selama kamek bertugas dalam TVET. Terima kasih atas layanan kitak terhadap kamek. Kitak melayan kamekorang bagai menatang minyak yang penuh."

His voice shaking and he paused for a while. Then he smiled at me.

Am speechless. I smiled with my last words to him. When he left, I wiped my tears. At least, somebody is there to appreciate me.

Last Day of Year 2012

Am required to resume my duty today. But my boss is not around. So I decided not to cancel my leave. Will return home as soon as I finished my discussion with my staff at office. Lots of work are waiting for me here. Cheers!

I can feel my mind has started to reject things. It indicates something bad is happening already. I need to stop for a while. Things are getting worse day by day. Works are getting more and more. I need to unwind. (sigh)

Motivation? I Need That!

Just need motivation at the moment. Really feel demotivated lately due to high commitment to my work. Honestly, my work is getting more and more everyday. People around tend to rely on me for their work. My own work? Seems to lose my own focus.

And now I have only 14 days to key in the data. Just wonder how they do their project planning which affect me and my team. It shows how people do not know how to differentiate and identify the key person in any project. By the way, project planning is to be shared with everyone involved in the project. At last, we're the one who need to work till weekend and nightime. Seriously, it's totally MAD.

What can I say? Am only a small person in this workplace. Inshaa Allah! Will give my best to support and to lead my team. I believe we can complete it. May Allah SWT bless our effort and our team's strength.
